1. All trading on this platform is simulated

Every evaluation and every funded-stage account operated through Spike Funded is a simulated account funded with virtual capital. Orders you place are recorded in a simulated environment and are not transmitted to any exchange, broker, liquidity provider or counterparty. No real-money position is ever opened on your behalf, and no money belonging to you is held, invested or traded by Tedafunded LLC at any time.

2. Hypothetical performance disclaimer

Results shown on this website or within the platform are hypothetical or simulated and have inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading and may not reflect the impact of real market factors such as liquidity, slippage, order rejection, execution delay or the emotional pressure of risking real money.

Simulated programs are also designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. Past simulated performance is not indicative of future results.

3. We are not a regulated financial firm

Tedafunded LLC is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, futures commission merchant, commodity trading advisor or commodity pool operator, and it is not supervised by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, FINRA, the NFA or any comparable authority. 4. Evaluation fees are payments for a service

The one-time evaluation fee purchases access to an evaluation service. It is not recoverable through trading, is not a stake, and does not create any entitlement to a return. Refund eligibility is governed solely by our Refund Policy.

5. No income is guaranteed

Reaching the funded stage depends on satisfying published program rules. Performance rewards are contractual payments under an independent contractor agreement, are conditional on continued compliance with those rules, and require identity verification before release. No profit, reward, income or level of earnings is promised or guaranteed. Most participants do not complete an evaluation successfully.
