Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the one-time evaluation fee paid to access a Spike Funded evaluation program. Spike Funded is a trading name of Tedafunded LLC.

2. Eligibility

[[TO_CONFIRM: window — default: refundable within 14 days of purchase IF no trade has been placed on the evaluation account]] An evaluation fee is refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided that no trade has been placed on the associated simulated account. Once any order is recorded on the simulated account, the evaluation service is considered used and the fee is no longer refundable.

We may also issue a refund at our discretion where a technical fault on our side prevented you from taking the evaluation.

3. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed by the original payment processor, back to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card, account, wallet or beneficiary. Typical processing time is [[TO_CONFIRM: default 5–10 business days]] 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or provider.

Purchases made in cryptocurrency are refunded in accordance with the policy of our crypto payment gateway [[TO_CONFIRM: crypto refund handling — default: refunded in the original cryptocurrency at the gateway's prevailing conversion rate, network fees deducted]]. Because of exchange-rate movement and network fees, the amount received may differ from the amount originally paid.

4. How to request a refund

Email contact@spikefunded.com from the address associated with your account, stating your order reference and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within [[TO_CONFIRM: response SLA — default: 3 business days]] 3 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. As set out in our Terms of Service, initiating a chargeback instead of following this refund process is a material breach of those Terms and is grounds for immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending performance reward.
